Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Refunds: Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines. Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
